5-3-3 Misono 10-jo 062-0010, Sapporo
Hands down the best Miso ramen I've ever had. Once you walk in the door, you get overwhelmed by the roasted garlic and Miso bean paste smell in the air. It's intoxicating. And the tastes lives up to the smell. Broth is out of this world if you live Miso and garlic, rich yet balanced. Noodles are great. Toppings are solid. It's a wait, but totally worth it.
Really interesting and delicious ramen.I tried the miso ramen which is different to other ones I've had before. Quite fragrant, and somehow rich and light at the same time.No English menu, so just try the miso or spicy miso, they are the best.A very local type place, but they are foreigner friendly.Highly recommended.
Good
Went there at 11AM (opening hour) and had to wait for around 20 minutes. Incredibly long line, speaks for its popularity. Despite that, I felt that the queue went by quite quickly and the ramen was nice.
Fantastic ramen
This ramen restaurant is very famous in Sapporo, Hokkaido. I had to wait for about 30 minutes because of the long line. The taste, however, isn't beyond my expectation. I just tell you this is a "Not Bad" ramen.
Best ramen in Sapporo
I ate it for the first time. You can wait for your favorite ramen and eat it. Evaluation is only taste. I don't believe in high and low ratings based on reviews only.Crispy vegetables are on top of my favorite miso ramen, so it looks delicious ✨Vegetables are full of oil ... When mixed in soup, it doesn't work well.It is not my age or taste that I like, but my tongue that I have eaten all over the country. If you try again, only noodles and soup will be evaluated.
I gave up because I hate to line up, but today I thought that the line before opening was relatively small, so I thought about it â—ï¸He was the last person to sit without waiting.Order the famous miso ramen. The miso soup was just the right thickness, and it was refreshing when the ginger was melted and the taste changed.Crispy bean sprouts, green onions, and char siu are all delicious.I was convinced of the reason.I drank almost all the soup.
Miso Chashu at Menya AyamiSuper famous store in SapporoViolet goodwillThe line is desperate. There are about 10 middle waiting seats.Chashu is juicyMay it be a large plate? Not as fat as violet. The clerk is kindIt was a treat.
Amazing ramen. The miso did not disappoint (my friend said the spicy miso was even better. Sipped until the last drop of broth). The ginger gave a nice kick to the punchy miso bowl. The smokey bean sprouts was a nice touch. And the noodles was chewy, in a good way, giving it a satisfying bite. Not too far from the subway station too. Terrific bowl.
Loved it! Awesome kara-miso ramen! Must visit in Sapporo.
I wish I can add more stars for the rating. It was instant love. ðŸœMenya Saimi is hailed as offering the best ramen in Sapporo, and often makes Japan’s top ramen list among the Japanese locals. Miso ramen is what Sapporo is known for, so that’s what I ordered. Best way to spend that 850 yen.I waited for about 20 minutes for a bowl at around 1:30pm.
A bit overrated, stuck up staff since they're apparently not hurting for business. Tasted okay but we've had better.
A very popular miso ramen shop with soup stock. The thick and solid soup combined with the delicious taste of miso was a very delicious soup. The noodles are thick, and they have an egg flavor that goes well with the soup stock.
Wow
Long wait, even on a weekday but probably bc we hit the lunchtime rush. The line does go by quickly since they take your order while waiting. Miso ramen is their most popular, but unfortunately no vegetarian options other than eating a bowl of rice
perfect.
Solid flavorful miso ramen, superb noodles and chashu.
Best ramen ever
I ate after a long time. The nostalgic Sapporo Miso Ramen was alive and well. It may be a target because there are no long lines for tourists. The control of the heat of the bean sprouts, the scent of charred lard, and the chewy texture of the fresh bean sprouts are as good as there are no shops beyond this ... Anyway, they are delicious. The exquisite saltiness and miso scent of the soup is perfect! The oil is not persistent, and the grated ginger has a deep taste. I am impressed with the overall cohesiveness. However, I do not have the addictiveness of wanting to eat in long lines like before, and I have a pleasant and deep taste, so I want to aim for when it is not crowded. Only now can you enjoy the taste that you can only enjoy here.Parking for 7-8 cars. There is a traffic controller when it is busy.
It is truly delicious. There is nothing passing and nothing is missing.I had miso ramen. Personally, I feel that ginger has a large amount. But everybody thaws this amount of ginger, and then I want to drink all the soupI wonder. The noodles are Morizumi noodles. Morizumi will be the ramen in Sapporo. The staff moves fluently, and as expected, the prosperous store and the guardman at the parking lot are also good.
My friends loved it but I just felt this is overhyped. Not worth queuing 30 mins for a standard ramen.
It's always crowded and they make line anytime. It usually takes over 30-60 minutes to enter but it's one of the best Sapporo style soy sauce based ramen. When you visit Sapporo, it is one of the must-eat ramen.
Good Ramen. Love the shoyu and salt ramen. Miso is too sweet for me. Very local so no English menu. But easy enough since they mainly have this 3 ramen to order from.
Well, a famous store that everyone knows. But popular stores still have reasons.Locals often don't go to famous shops, but this is the best Sapporo ramen. If you go at the time of opening, I think that you can eat without much line up.At least I do. Information on local people living in the same beauty park
I ate them side by side for an hour, but the taste was usually good, not more. What we received was the basic miso char-shoumen.The richness and sweetness of the miso combined with the sweetness and smell of the pork fat (but not the smell) make it a bit jarring. The noodles were delicious because the aroma and taste of wheat were firmly felt, but the soup and noodles were both strongly asserted and lacked a sense of unity.Delicious ramen with an average over 80 points! But the impression is that if you line up for one hour, you will get at least 90 points.
I'm crowded. As soon as you enter the store, you will be given a menu and let it be decided. There is no side menu such as gyoza or fried rice. When you get to the seat, the ramen comes out immediately, but there is not much atmosphere to eat slowly. It feels like a work flow. The taste and the atmosphere of the shop were delicate though I went on a trip. Why is it so popular? I felt like
This is it guys.. The holy grail of miso ramen in sapporo! Make a pilgrimage to the ramen war zone and arrive early. The place gets packed half hour before opening time. When you eat it, each bite of the ramen and each slurp of the soup brings out different flavours and aroma. It's ridiculous how deep the flavour palate goes in this dish. At first you'll taste miso, then on your second go you'll taste the wok hei from the vegetables and finally you taste the umami bomb from the dashi. Absolutely to die for. Both the miso and karai miso gets my 4 thumbs up.
Excellent ramen.
Hatsumi not yet!A taste that you can continue to eat as much as you like with a faintly sweet light misoAlthough it has a feeling of dashi and richness, it is a strange impression that there is no punch but immovable high-rated ramen.Lol my expectations are too highLolI prefer Senju's miso ramen.Visited after 18:00. It was good that we were able to sit down, order, and eat right away when it was just getting crowded ('∇ `)Anyway, the smooth response and the sight of customers coming almost without stopping one after another felt the wonder of popular stores.
Definitely the best miso ramen in town
This is miso ramen, but it isn't your quintessential Sapporo miso ramen. Their broth is really unique in its flavour profile and unlike anything I've ever had before. Light but rich miso flavours perfectly balanced with the ginger. Spicy version is just the right amount of spice to add extra flavour without overpowering the base broth. Really nice noodles with great texture. If you're looking for your first bowl of Sapporo miso ramen this may not be the best choice, but if you're a ramen lover looking to explore for the best this is a must-try.
This is miso ramen.I was disappointed at various shops when visiting Hokkaido ramen.Sapporo Junren was the most disappointing (laugh)I wonder if ramen is better in Tokyo and Osaka. . .Miso should come to Ayami! But here it was different!Really delicious! The best shop.Good to come to Hokkaido for miso ramen!
It's a popular place so expect to wait in line. I don't really like their miso ramen but the shoyu ramen is yummy!

It used to be thicker and delicious    After 4 years? Visit. I felt that it was definitely thinning from the first mouth. Did you make it thinner for everyone? The strength and fragrance were inferior to other goodwill stores. It seems that this is the only name that has walked around by name recognition like Sapporo No1.    When I visited there a few years ago, I was impressed with the aroma of noodles, the aroma and richness of soup, and its deliciousness from the first mouth. Originally, Ayami was Junren, not as salty as Violet, and she was in a good position where she could feel the sweetness of the soup and not be superior or inferior. That's the usual delicious miso ramen now.    Certainly, it's still better than the ramen shops around it. However, today's watery soup is not enough to know the past. I'm sorry. If it's purely ramen only 4, it's a disappointment with this ramen from the popularity of the store.
Do expecting queue, but very considerable of them that taking order while people queueing. Your meal would be served quite fast whenever you get your seat. Menu in Japanese, I ordered by showing photo. Tasted good, worth revisit.
I waitet for 2 hours, it was nice but not so nice to wait so long for it
I think it is vacant because the world is in a new corona rush, and arrived at around 11:20. It wasn't lined up, but inside was full and 10 people were waiting. As expected it was Ayami-san.Today we have char soup with soy sauce ramen. It was delicious with a stable taste.Thank you for the meal.
Unlikely existence of another bowl of Miso Ramen which can be better than this place.
I just had spicy Miso noodle with my brother.I am in holiday in Sapporo only for 3 days but I had this noodle twice today and yesterday . I love this noodle shop :) English Order was pretty easy with super cute staff working in front of the tables. If you have holiday and love noodle, should be here !!!!
Not much special
By far the best ramen i've had - tastewise. Not the most photogenic, nor the easiest quick bite. Total trip took about 2h but still worth it. Noodles are springy and holds the soup well. Pork is flavorful and melts in your mouthStep 1: take a cab here (20min from Sapporo Station)Step 2: queue over 30minStep 3: order the MISO one. Its the bestStep 4: if its winter, ask the waitress to call you a taxi (Ta-ku-shi) before you finish your meal. Takes 30 min for the cab to come
Brilliant ramen, friendly staff, the menu is in Japanese so we used Google translate to work it out, not that hard really. Line moves quickly, and the price is very reasonable for the quality and amount you get.
miso ramen is incredibly light with a touch of ginger. the flavors are much more subtle than the ramen bowls available back in the US. highly recommend trying! the line is long but moves somewhat quickly. eat at off hours if you dislike queues.
